How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Boxed stationery ship immediately, and custom printing takes 1-3 weeks FROM PROOF APPROVAL depending on printing method.

Once your order has been shipped, your chosen shipping method will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep.

Please email us if you have any questions about your order or need your shipment to arrive by a specific time. We’re happy to accommodate a specific request if we are able to do so.

Can I rush my order?

Please contact us directly if your order is time-sensitive. Make sure to choose expedited shipping upon checkout, and please know that only UPS shipping methods guarantee delivery dates – USPS shipping methods do not.

For custom orders, if you’re in a hurry, rush requests can be accommodated for a 50% up-charge and a time frame must be agreed upon before an order is placed.

Do you offer custom monogram design or custom artwork and illustrations?

Yes we do. Monogram design and illustrations are an art and takes time. If you’re interested in having a custom monogram created, or a drawing of your house, dog, or what not, please contact us directly. 

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened orders of NON-PERSONALIZED order may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

PERSONALIZED orders cannot be returned. For custom orders, they may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your proof, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
